The NFL is back and the regular season begins tonight. The Dallas Cowboys travel to play the defending Super Bowl champion New York Giants.

Since the NFL has started the tradition of having the defending champion host the season opener, the home team has won all eight times games.

The Giants are four point favorites. Last year the Packers were 4.5 point favorites over the Saints and won by three points.

Taking these trends into consideration, I think the Giants will win by three points. Pick: Cowboys +4
